30 fish ,2 lemongrass .1 and a half cans of coconut milk.
Onion 15 kyats
3 cloves of garlic
About 5 kyats of goat eggs
3 tomatoes
Add chicken legs or pork ribs and fish with sesame powder, green paste, lemongrass and a little salt and boil for 15 minutes.
If you have it, debone the fish and grind the fish flesh.
Grind the onion, garlic, goat’s egg and dried red chili powder, then rub in oil. Then add the coconut milk.
Boil for about 5 minutes on low heat, then add fish boiled water, chicken legs or pork ribs and minced fish meat, chopped tomatoes, readymade fish, bean blood cubes or chicken blood cubes.
Just before cooking, adjust saltiness and saltiness to taste with sauce.
How to prepare one dish: bread, broth, beans, cabbage, chili powder, fried onions, leeks, parsley, fried pork, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
